Hi, my name is Carlota, nice to meet you! I am excited to make people feel at ease and at home anywhere. Decorating, color and photography allow me to create environments where we would all like to stay.

In college I studied right and I started working as a lawyer in 2014 and, although I liked it, I have always been a very creative person with an interest in art. For this reason, I have also trained in decoration, interior design, home staging, real estate photography and color psychology. Since 2022 I have been working on decoration and interior design projects and since 2025 I have been a member of the College of APIs.

My mission is to help to bring out the BEST VERSION of the properties I work with. This helps owners to sell or rent fast and at the best price and helps prospective buyers and tenants feel that they have found their home and see themselves living there (it's hard to imagine living within 4 white walls).

I work with customer service detail, dedication and an approach resolution. I accompany you with proximity y transparency, always offering confidence, quality y professionalism.
